Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Loudera application developed and operated by Andromeda APP. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the application immediately.
1. Subscription Features
Andromeda APP offers a premium subscription for the Loudera application. Current subscription benefits include:
- Ad-free experience throughout the entire application.
Andromeda APP reserves the right to modify, add, or remove subscription features at any time with prior notice to users.
2. How to Subscribe
You can activate a premium subscription by selecting and purchasing a subscription plan directly within the Loudera application. Once your subscription period expires, please renew it through the payment page in the app.
After a 3-day free trial period, your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you actively cancel it. Your Google Play account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment will be deducted from your Google Play account upon confirmation of the subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period or the current subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription. After purchasing, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
3. Issues with Accessing Premium Features
If you have successfully subscribed but are unable to access premium features, please try the following steps:
- Verify that you are logged in with the correct Google account used for the purchase.
- Go to Settings within the Loudera app and tap Restore Purchase.
- If the issue persists, uninstall the Loudera app, log in to your Google Play account again, reinstall the app, and use the Restore Purchase option.

4. User Content Disclaimer
You are solely responsible for all content you use or process through the Loudera application, including audio files, music, video files, and other media. Andromeda APP does not grant any rights or make any warranties with respect to third-party content accessed or processed through the application. You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use any content you process with the app.
5. Limitation of Liability
Andromeda APP provides the Loudera application on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Andromeda APP makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Andromeda APP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
6. Changes to These Terms
Andromeda APP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the application. Continued use of the Loudera application after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
