1. Important Notice
Andromeda APP reminds users to read carefully and fully understand the terms and conditions of the Andromeda APP License and Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”). Make sure that you fully understand the terms of this agreement, including the terms of liability of Andromeda APP and the terms restricting the rights of users. Unless you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not entitled to install, log in, or use the services covered by this Agreement. If you are not willing to accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement, please do not use, log on to this software or uninstall it immediately. Users’ downloading, installation, and use of the application will be deemed as acceptance of this Agreement and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions hereof.
2. Scope of the Agreement
2.1 This Agreement is an agreement between the user and Andromeda APP for downloading, installing, using and copying the Loudera application, as well as for using Andromeda APP-related services.
2.2 This agreement, the annexes to this Agreement and the agreements or other documents related to third-party software or technology used in this software constitute the complete agreement of this software and service.
3. Statement of Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 All copyright, trademark right, patent right, trade secret and other intellectual property rights of the software (Loudera), as well as all information related to the software, including but not limited to: text expression and its combination, icons, graphics, charts, colors, interface design, layout framework, relevant data, printed materials or electronic documents, are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and regulations and belong to Andromeda APP.
3.2 Without the written consent of Andromeda APP, the user shall not implement, utilize, transfer or permit any third party to implement, utilize or transfer the above-mentioned intellectual property rights for any commercial or non-commercial purposes. Andromeda APP reserves the right to pursue legal action against unauthorized acts.
4. Data We Collect
Loudera may collect and process the following categories of data:
4.1 Personal Information
Email address. We may collect your email address on an optional basis, for the purposes of providing app functionality, analytics, and developer communications. This data is not shared with third parties.
4.2 Location Data
Approximate location. The application may access your approximate location. This data may be shared with third-party advertising partners in order to provide relevant advertisements.
4.3 Audio and Video Files
Andromeda APP provides Loudera — a volume booster application that works with audio content on your device. To provide its core functionality, the app may access and collect information about audio recordings (including voice messages), music files, other audio files, and video files stored on your device. This data is collected solely for the purpose of providing app functionality and is not shared with third parties.
4.4 App Performance Data
Crash logs and performance diagnostics are collected to ensure the stable operation of the application, identify and fix bugs, and improve the user experience. This data may be shared with analytics service providers (e.g., Google Analytics or similar platforms) for the purpose of improving the app. It does not contain personally identifiable information.
4.5 Device Identifiers
We may collect device identifiers (such as advertising ID) for the purposes of analytics, fraud prevention, and displaying relevant advertisements. This data may be shared with third-party advertising partners.
5. How We Use Your Data

8.2 Andromeda APP is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of relevant data in this software and service.
8.3 If the user stops using the software or the service is terminated or cancelled, Andromeda APP may permanently delete the user’s data from the server. After service stops, terminates or cancels, Andromeda APP has no obligation to return any data to the user.

9.2 Users do not need to create an account to use the application.
